Turnkey design and build services were delivered to upgrade the museum to Silver Standard, enhancing environmental stability through specialized HVAC systems that maintain precise humidity and temperature levels to preserve valuable exhibits and artworks.
Spanning over 40,000 m² across five buildings, the project includes HVAC systems, VESDA fire alarm, firefighting networks, BMS, busway and transformers, ATS, fuel systems and generators, stormwater and electrical infrastructure, along with steel structures and precast works.
The Challenge: All works were executed while the museum remained fully operational, including complete HVAC replacement, new power infrastructure integration, and construction of service buildings, ensuring uninterrupted functionality and protection of exhibits.
