Scope of Work
Design & Build of complete MEP and security systems, including state-of-the-art security technologies, home automation, VRV air-conditioning, floor heating, industrial kitchen, BMS, and full mechanical and electrical installations.
The palace spans four floors with over 15 royal suites and annexes including a tennis court, basketball court, staff accommodation, and technical rooms, reflecting IIE’s excellence in high-end, technology-driven royal
developments.
